VOCO – The Dentalists
The family-run dental company VOCO located in Cuxhaven (Germany) is one of the leading manufacturers in the industry, both nationally and internationally. The product portfolio comprises more than 100 preparations, with a focus on preventive, restorative, prosthetic and digital dentistry. The products are manufactured at the headquarters and are therefore 100 percent “Made in Germany”. 470 people are employed in the departments of research, production, sales and administration in Germany. Another 400 employees are responsible for sales worldwide and take care of dentists and depots on site.
In addition to user-friendliness, the highest safety standards and product quality have top priority at VOCO: Since September 2021, VOCO has been one of the first German dental companies to be fully certified under the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) in accordance with (EU) 2017/745. Meaning that medical products of class I and IIa manufactured at the Cuxhaven site are always produced and placed on the market in accordance with valid European guidelines.
Thanks to innovative solutions, the company, founded in 1981, often takes on pioneering roles and establishes new standards in the dental world. In addition, VOCO consistently pushes the digital dentistry and combines complex technologies with best user comfort.

Permanent dental prostheses should not only be robust and durable, but should also provide a natural aesthetic appearance in order to fulfil the high demands of patients. Milled CAD-CAM materials, which are very similar to natural teeth in terms of both their appearance and their physical properties, are at a significant advantage in this respect. With Grandio blocs and Grandio disc, VOCO has developed an innovative nano-ceramic hybrid material that represents the ideal alternative to conventional ceramics. The product combines maximum aesthetics with tooth-like properties in terms of its strength and elasticity. This opens up new potential for permanent restorations.
Grandio
Grandio – excellent proven material and handling properties
Due to its special material properties, universal application and convenient handling, Grandio ranks internationally as one of the most successful restoratives. Complete and durable treatment of all cavity classes is accomplished with Grandio.
All Grandio products hallmark outstanding material properties which have been scientifically documented in well over 100 studies. The proven excellence of Grandio as an allround-talent lies directly in its combination of diverse qualities, such as an incredibly high filler content (87 w/w %) and low polymerisation shrinkage (1.57 %). Grandio is additionally persuasive with its pleasant handling due to smooth consistency as well as 16 shades in graduated levels of opacity, excellent shade stability and tooth-like translucency.

AlignerFlow LC – Optimised workflow through fluorescence
Modern aligner therapy opens up new treatment options in dental and orthodontic practices. The spectrum of dysgnathia corrections and their implementation success is increased by means of attachments. The precise fit and shape of the attachments are elementary for this success.
With AlignerFlow LC, VOCO offers a special attachment composite with excellent adaptation in the template splint, high stability and abrasion resistance as well as additional fluorescence. This fluorescence, which only becomes visible under UV-A light, enables precise control of any excess or artefacts during attachment fabrication and later removal to avoid discolouration or patient discomfort. Thus, even the smallest residues of AlignerFlow LC can be detected, allowing quick and safe removal, leaving the enamel untouched.
Bifix SE
Quick, clean and reliable - Bifix SE from VOCO
Bifix SE, the dual-curing, self-adhesive, composite-based luting system from VOCO. Bifix SE provides quick and reliable luting of indirect restorations and endodontic posts. It is suitable for multiple materials, such as ceramic, zirconium dioxide, composite and metal. Using Bifix SE does not require an additional adhesive or conditioner, since all necessary system components are already contained in the preparation. Both dentists and patients profit equally by eliminating time-consuming etching and bonding with a savings in time and increased comfort. Due to the minimal film thickness, the fit of the restoration is not impaired.
Bifix Hybrid Abutment
Bifix Hybrid Abutment – Multifunctional Cement for Permanent Luting
Bifix Hybrid Abutment is suitable for abutment crowns, mesostructures, combination restorations, and abutments made of titanium, ceramic, or zirconium dioxide. Intraoral luting onto dental hard tissue is also indicated. Every luting composite is supplied with a try-in paste in a perfectly matching shade, which simulates the correct optical impression in any film thickness. As a true all-rounder, Bifix Hybrid Abutment can be used both extraorally in the lab and intraorally in the practice. Its perfect masking of dark backgrounds with highly opaque shades is a major advantage for highly aesthetic restorations.
